These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and 55win ("55win", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 55win.casa and all related services, games, promotions, and features made available therein.

By accessing the 55win platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, fishing games, or any other product offered — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process of identity verification whereby 55win confirms a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the 55win website at 55win.casa and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and sub-domains.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be staked on qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the 55win platform is restricted under applicable law or at 55win's sole discretion.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the 55win platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond 55win's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or global pandemics.

To register and maintain an active account on 55win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 55win platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity, shared household, or shared IP address, is strictly prohibited and may constitute grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 55win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 55win support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised account activity.

55win operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. All Members are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal request or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Identity Document: A clear, full-colour copy of your MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days, showing your registered name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, which may include a redacted bank statement or screenshot of a registered e-wallet account in your name.

55win reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process. Processing of withdrawal requests will be suspended until KYC verification is completed to 55win's satisfaction. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

55win accepts deposits made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identified. 55win reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus credits must be fulfilled before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible, consistent with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• 55win targets a processing time of under 60 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX methods, though this is a service target and not a contractual guarantee.

55win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in a processing delay. Members will be notified by email or live chat if additional information is required to process a withdrawal.

55win offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus credits will expire at the end of the specified period.
• 55win reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, slots, sports betting, and crash games may carry different contribution rates.
• 55win reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of a promotion, 55win's decision shall be final.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured betting to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between Members to exploit promotions, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All wagers placed on the 55win platform are subject to the specific game rules published for each game type, including sports betting odds rules, live casino table limits, slot game pay-tables, and crash game mechanics. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of those rules.

• Sports Betting: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided at 55win's discretion. In-play (live) betting results are final once settled.
• Live Casino: Bets placed after the designated cut-off signal in live dealer games (e.g., "No More Bets") will not be accepted. Any malfunction of live streaming or software during an active game session will be managed in accordance with the relevant game studio's rules.
• Slots & RNG Games: All outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term return percentages over millions of game rounds — individual session results will vary significantly.
• Crash Games: Players must cash out before the game multiplier crashes. Failure to cash out prior to the crash event results in the loss of the wagered amount. The crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm independently audited.

55win reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on erroneous odds or data, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or other integrity violations consistent with our obligations under applicable gaming regulations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55win platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registration or use of multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes, or manipulate account activity.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guarantee risk-free profit through the abuse of promotional offers.
• Collusion with other Members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, game malfunctions, or miscalculated odds — such events must be reported to 55win support immediately.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the 55win platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith against deposits credited and consumed on the platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 55win staff, live dealers, or other Members through any communication channel.

55win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has engaged in any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The account poses a risk of money laundering or other financial crime.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 55win to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, 55win may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct is established, balances may be forfeited in their entirety. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory change in a jurisdiction), 55win will return verified real-money balances after deducting any pending charges.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any open bets and pending withdrawal transactions.

All content on the 55win platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, user interface design, text, promotional materials, trade names, logos, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of 55win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from 55win.casa may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without 55win's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 55win's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 55win provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
• 55win does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 55win's total aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• 55win shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 55win shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or inability to access the platform arising from Force Majeure events, internet service outages, third-party payment processor failures, or factors outside 55win's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 55win's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

55win is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. We provide the following player-protection tools accessible from within your account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 55win platform. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours and are non-reversible for the stated exclusion period.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55win is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and 55win, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation via 55win's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 55win from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or business interests.
